Hi ßlueyeʐ 💮 , I'm really glad I found this. Here's what I *Heart* about "Invalid Item -

1) You touched on a topic that's really important to all writers, and often gets ignored. All writers like to think of ourselves as creators, and while there's sound argument that nothing we actually 'create' is truly original, there is no excuse for passing off someone else's words as our own. In school, you get failed if you do that. In the exciting, litigious world of copyrights, patents and trademark infringements, you get your pants/panties sued off if you do that. In the world of creative writing, you lose any respect or credibility you might ever have if you do that.

2) I like that you gave some examples, such as Taking your neighbor's rug home and putting your own furniture on it doesn't make it yours. neither does taking another's writing and adding some of your own words to it. Nor can you merely rearrange or swap a few words with synonyms. If you ever write a longer piece on this topic, I would love to see specific examples of what constitutes plagiarism, and how to still 'borrow' an idea and make enough changes for it to become yours.

3) Your paragraphs sometimes has a line spacing between them, and sometimes not. It can look messy to someone who's picky. Check your WritingML again?

Thanks for a great read!
