Thank you for sharing these thoughts. It is really something important many people still have yet to learn. I'm glad you were able to put these emotions into words, and it is clear you feel passionately about them. My favorite line in your work was, "Don't get hysterical and be less historical." I know I'm guilty of doing this, but your writing will make me think harder before I bring something hurtful from the past up in an argument. I realize it only hurts me to have to burden myself by holding in that pain all the time. Better to just let it go and forgive.

There were a couple times in your writing that I stumbled slightly while reading. Perhaps because of the ellipses? I would recommend re-reading your piece out loud so you can feel for yourself where those skips happen, and look critically at the ellipses and decide if they are necessary, or if a comma would do well in their place. I did pull out this sentence though, that has a couple specific typos you might look at fixing: "If not, (there is) no reason to throw anything in there their face."
