Hallo!
I saw this under 'newest static items' and was immediately intrigued. I'm guessing it's a work in progress, it seems unfinished, so I'll review what there is so far.

This is an interesting take on the subject and I'd definitely like to read it when it is finished. Interviews with prison staff and inmates about standards of behaviour under difficult circumstances will make for a unique perspective on human character.

Some points that occur to me so far:
1. Genre - Do pick one, two or three genres so that your work gets more exposure on site.
2. Layout - I think it would work better with more line space and maybe a slightly bigger font.
3. As you develop it, you might want to put in sub-headings for different thoughts.
4. Sometimes, I felt that sentences were left incomplete (like the very first one). Also, in the (current) last paragraph, you switch to first person - 'my' - suddenly. This is a bit confusing for a reader.
5. Is there a typo -- an extra 't' after the word 'antagonistic'?

That's it for what I can see so far. As I said, intriguing subject!
