What does hoovsie think about while perusing your item?

*Cool**Idea* This poem is about losing one's true love. It is a lament that goes well with the photograph prompt. The loss and devastation are heartfelt and looking to the future is painful.

This goes very well with the title. One has the feeling that the beloved who may have to leave has no real choice in the matter.

What does hooves moo and applaud about while reading your item?

This part was very moving:

"They will take you away for many years,
There is nothing that we can say or do.
That is why my eyes are filled with such tears.
My heart will ache while I am missing you."

Trying to be brave when everything seems to go wrong at the time is an emotional and heartbreaking dilemma.

I think you have captured the emotional loss and regret very well, while following the sonnet format
