I loved it! You gave me wonderful mental images of the beautiful birds. I do not have a hummingbird feeder at my house, but your lovely poem sure made me want to get one.
You rhymed very well and were consistent with it all the way through the poem. Leave and conceive were paired very well, good for you! also side/collide. I love it when poets go for the more interesting pairings of rhyming words and not the old obvious ones. (I seriously think someone should seriously invent more words that rhyme wit 'love'. lol

I think you need an apostrophe in front of 'round to show the missing letter 'a'.
Other than that, I think it's a wonderful poem. I could seriously see this printed on a poster of hummingbirds.
