Hi there, Mrs. Whatsit!
This is quite an extensive list, and I share quite a few of these with you. And I also loved (and also agree) with some of those ones that WOULDN'T bother you not to do!
As for me, I don't have that many, but I would like to see Australia and have a book published, preferably a novel that was at least decent.
I'd also like to see my youngest grandannachild graduate, but she's only 1 and 1/2 right now, and I'm not sure I'll live long enough to see that.
And like you, fame also doesn't appeal to me. Or sushi! *Sick*
Let me get back to you on this and I'll try to come up with a longer list, but for now, thanks for making me think about it! There's no time like the present, so I hope we both accomplish our goals while we still can!
