This is good. I like this amputees ability to those things with his phantom arm, and it even gives me some inspiration for a horror story!
I like how you wrote this in all dialogue, as well as how left the ending so ambiguous. Just what could they use that phantom arm for? *Smirk*
Great spelling and telling, but I do have one comment:
"All I have is my arms reach though." (missing words? I know you already reached the 300 word limit...)
Otherwise, nice job! And nice use of the prompt phrase, too.
