Greetings, Littlegal!
I don't know how old you are, but you obviously know some things about this short lived comedy from the 60s, and you did a nice, albeit a bit strange, job of writing it. Parts of it seems like the Skipper and Gilligan are having a conversation between themselves, but other parts feel like one or both of them are speaking directly to the reader.
But I like how made the analogy of bringing back to the real world, both literally and figuratively!
This is actually one my favorite shows from that era, even though I've only seen it in reruns since it went into syndication. And for a show that only ran for 3 seasons and have only 98 episodes to be syndicated was practically unheard of in those days!
Anyway, nice (but like I said, strange) piece, Littlegal!
