This is good, I think. I say that because I've never been to England or Scotland or wherever this is you speakoth of, nor have I ever heard of some of those items, such as a drop bobbin or palliasses.
But I'm going on your word that you do, and I do understand this. I like the idea of Allie taking refuge from the rain in this castle, only to gaze in wild wonder at this young lass who she realized was herself from a time long past. *Ghost*
That would indeed be rather surprising, as well as tad ironic!
I guess she's a strong believer in reincarnation, huh?
Or maybe I missed the point altogether?
