Hello there, Xeno!
First off, I hope you're doing better regarding your anxiety and other maladies. Those certainly aren't things to be ignored, so if you ever need somebody to talk to, feel free to grab somebody's ear/eye on here! Somebody is always here to listen, including myself if I'm online at the moment.
Now to this piece. As writers, we're always going to have writer's block. It's comes with being who we are, and there's no real cure. Everybody treats it differently, but I'm glad to see that at least you have the guts to write about it, because that in itself is a cure of sorts! If you're writing, something, anything, and even if nobody reads the words, it might give your Muse some inspiration!
Trust me, I KNOW!
Now I'm no expert on poetry, so I can't really talk about that. It looks goods though.

PS-You might want to get your bioblock (biography) set up so we can know a little something more about you (hobbies, favorite books/authors, location, etc.), but that's up to you, of course.
