Happy anniversary month!

I enjoyed reading your nostalgic poem about experiencing the holidays at your grandparents' house. You made me want to eat some warm oatmeal raisin cookies! But I no longer eat sugar... I wonder if I could make some with bananas? Well, back to your review.

I found your poem in the post before mine on the "I Write in 2019" page. I'm still a bit behind so I am impressed that you're already a week ahead. Good job!

I liked the personalization of your poem and that you included your brother's Halloween quirk as well as your grandparents' home's delights.

My favorite part was this section:
"a collage
of scents and sounds" partly for the alliteration but mostly for the unique way you put the flood-of-memories experience.

Your poem evoked positive feelings in me as I read it.

I liked how you structured your poem.

I didn't notice any mistakes of any kind in your poem.
