| (5.0)   "I Write in 2019" has me reviewing your item today!  I really should read the title before I read a poem. Your current title "Portrayal of Betrayal" gives a good explanation as to the subject of your poem. As I started reading without the information your title provided, I was coming from a completely wrong direction. I was seeing God creating the world in your words. Then it ended in flames and I had to pause and reconsider what I was reading. Your words sounds very poetic. I enjoyed reading them even the first time through when I was reading a completely different message. As I realized my mistake, I noticed the way the two words in the title mirror each other and I liked that touch. Your poem does create a clear picture of falling in love, being seduced and then cast aside. It is never pleasant when a dream goes terribly awry. I hope this is simply a created story and not based on a reality in your life... Unfortunately, I have some of those realities in my own life... Keep writing!
