Hi there, Shaara, and happy belated 17th *Shock2* 'birthday' on here!
I love this! I know you have to deal with some sad times, but as you say, as long as you can hold to the good and funny times for a little longer, then it's well worth it!
Some of these are hilarious! 'From out of the mouths of babes...'. You should think about expanding on this piece because I'm sure have a thousand more of these little sayings. And heck, you could probably it! Seriously!
I think little Tommy and I had the same idea about that Golden Rule and doing unto others before they do unto you! *Rolling*
I can't say I ever thought about daylight savings have an affect kids, but I was raised up in Alaska where it was dark when we got to school and dark by the time we got out! 7 hours of daylight in the winter isn't really too bad, though, especially when you have 23 and a 1/2 hours of daylight in the summer! And even then the sun's barely over the horizon!
"Don't run on the asphalt!" *Shock* (How dare you use the 'a' word in front of my child!) *Laugh*
Thank you so much for sharing this, Shaara! You're lucky to be a teacher, and I think you should be paid a million times more than they're probably paying you now! My daughter taught 2nd graders for a few years, and she was always having to use her own money to buy supplies and decorate her classroom! *Angry*
