Hello there, Noahwayy!
First off, I'm no expert on poetry, but I thought this was good. You put some thought into it instead of just slapping some words down, and even though it does have some rather dark undertones regarding death, I like how you envision it. This also has what I believe to be Death as The Grim Reaper as he caresses your heart and wraps his 'black cold hands around your throat'; I'm just surprised you didn't mention his sickle and not having a face!
Well done, my friend! And for being only 18 years old, I hope all your thoughts aren't dark! Unless you want to be a DARK writer... *Smirk2*
