| (5.0)  Welcome to WDC from "Newbie Welcome Wagon" ! Season's greetings, Kyle Rossman! For your 1st piece on here, I thought this was purty darn good! I'm a major NFL fan, so I found this essay very interesting, if not humorous as well! I agree that American Football (and major sports in general) isn't what it used to be, in a lot more ways than one! It's all money, money, money now! Hell, I just heard that Gerrit Cole will be making more than $9,000 per PITCH now that he's been traded from the Astros to the Yankees! And football is the same way with all their corporate sponsors! Yes, I know you wrote a lot of this tongue-in-cheek, but your points are valid. As for what happens to most of those teams you mentioned, I could care less! I'm just glad you didn't mention my beloved San Francisco 49ers, who by the way, are 11 and 2 right now after coming off a 4 and 12 season just a year ago! (And don't you dare make some comment about them being the 'Forty Whiners' either, or I'll never review you again as long as you live!)  Great job, Kyle! From one sports fan to another, I commend both you and this piece! Heck, I think you could even get it published somewhere! Seriously! One suggestion: are you sure you don't mean the 'Lambs' instead of the 'Lams'? On a side note, I understand your 'reflection' on writing this piece. It's always easier to write something you're really interested in and care about instead of something that bores you to death. And you did an excellent job, my friend! The spelling and grammar was flawless, and the whole piece read smoothly and professionally! Kee ponw ritin gon, thanks for sharing this, and welcome to WdC!
