Greetings, Azrael, and appy 3rd 'birthday' on here! Long time, no see!
I love stories written with just dialogue, and you really delivered with this!
Like most sane people, I hate dealing with the DMV, so I was a little surprised to see Batman having so much patience with this clerk. I'll give him this though; he certainly put up a good fight and made some great points trying to get that vanity plate!
I like how the conversation flowed so naturally, and I can just picture the Caped Crusader arguing his case with this Alicia person, if that is indeed her real name!
The spelling and grammar was flawless as usual, and I was laughing from the 1st word to the last! 'Tis no wonder this was featured in the Newsletter!

Bravo, Azrael! My only regret is I can only give this 5 stars, because it's worthy of at least a hundred!
