| (5.0)| Ahoy, Stuckintime! For only using 729 words, I thought this was pretty good! I love surprise/twisted endings, especially when they happen at the very end, or damn close to it, and you certainly delivered with this one. I like how you opened it with Kevin sitting there at the bar and having those memories of the disco dance come back to him after seeing Toby lookalike. It's a very plausible scenario, and one I'm sure that's probably happened on more than one occasion. Or something similar, anyway. When it comes to women, jealousy and ridicule are tools of the devil!  Begone, you devils!  Seriously though, you did a great job of giving us the backstory with Toby's wink, and having Kevin just thinking of following women home was a spooky insight as to what was going on his mind! The only sad thing is I think Kevin took his anger out on the wrong person, even though Evie probably deserved for kissing Toby at the dance. But Toby should also be punished for that wink, damnit! Nice chilling ending. The reader can just picture Kevin sitting there and holding his (Evie's) red flowering 'comfort blanket'!  Kee ponw ritin gon, my friend!
