My impression of this item was: This is a poem about skiing. The character remembers a daughter who plays a very important role in the character's life. I know from personal experience that children can be very special. My son will always play a special role in my life.

Your spelling and grammar: looked great to me.

What I liked most: I liked the imagery. I especially liked the part about stepping on the stone hidden in the snow. I'll bet you wanted to curse.

What I liked least: Nothing, thus the five stars.
