This one showed up as a Random Read.
Superb job with the prompt! You held the suspense throughout, I was hanging on your every word, waiting to know what happened, rooting for the character. And what can I say about how it unfolded, and the last line ... ? *Laugh*. Brilliant twist.

This is a masterful piece of flash fiction - you have a character, a conflict, a setting and even manage a plot with a twist in it! What more could a reader ask for?

The title, brief description, cover pic and genres all work. The only tiny suggestion I'd make is for font size and line-spacing, for easier readability.
