This was a thought-provoking piece about that moment right after waking up. How the thoughts and even the temperature that are present in that first moment influence the rest of the day. I ended up reading it twice because you included a lot of details that really need to be taken in slowly to fully process them.
For the most part, this is well written, but have a look at the underlined part in the last sentence:
Focus not on this however, control the first thoughts in your mind for gratitude, love self confidence but not conceit, will prove to do you will on you path.
This part seems to be missing a word or two, or maybe there are words there that don't belong. I'm not sure. You should be able to figure it out.
