Hallo!
This is a good thought, to collect various items that are interesting for readers. I like the idea of calling it a 'library'.

You've just set it up, so I expect you are still working on it. May I offer a few suggestions:
1. Make the header a bit more attractive, with perhaps an image and some text in color.
2. The text in the header could be guidelines, what the library's aims are and the rules for posting.
a. Who can post.
b. What can be posted.
c. Is there any rating limit (example 13+)?
d. Is there any limit to the number of items a single person can post?
e. Can one post one's own items as well as others'?
(To give an example of what the guidelines could be.)
f. Is there any word or size limit to the items posted?
3. Are you restricting reviewing to only one group affiliation? I think that line is not necessary. Let people review in affiliation with any group, considering this item is open to the whole community.
4. You've said 'Batch' instead of 'Badge'. Do you wish people to specify which badge they'd like to receive, or is it left to your discretion?
