Wow, this seems to be quite a mess. I wonder if you were supposed to transfer the content/book files into one account in the beginning? Do they allow you to do this via the functions tabs? Sadly it seems you have no recourse except to upload the files somewhere else. I hope you kept backup files of your work. I hope things work out well for you.
