Hallo!
I enjoyed reading this essay on the importance of dreams. The title and brief description work for the essay. The genre you've chosen works, too. My suggestion would be to pick two more genres to give your work more exposure on site.

The essay spells out, in detail, what role dreams play in the life of an individual. The language is encouraging and upbeat. The introspection and analysis are interesting to read. I like the acknowledgement of the Almighty in the achievement of dreams.

SUGGESTIONS:
1. Genres - pick two more, like maybe 'experience' or 'personal', to give this essay more exposure.
2. Layout - Sometimes the lines of text have broken at the wrong places, you could check that out and remedy it.
3. WritingML - Font, size, line-spacing, for a better look for this essay.
4. I would have liked to have an example of a dream and the various actions / steps taken to realising it.
5. Maybe you could tweak this phrase a bit, it doesn't ring true grammatically - Dreams offer me to set new goals
6. While the essay works well as it is, I wonder if you'd consider adding a paragraph about those who deny the power of dreams, and what your answer would be to them. I think that would round it out in case someone who is cynical about dreams is reading it.
