I love the subject you chose to write about. Yes, there are connections - we Hindus believe strongly in karma and destiny. You've brought this out in simple words and a very innovative use of font and WritingML. I like the repeated lines, too. I agree about the instant and the long-term recognition of the connection.

While the poem works perfectly as is, I've been struggling lately with the issue of the breaking of some of these connections. Notably, a close friend and I had a fight about something silly and haven't been able to patch it up. Now I'm wondering - was the connection once really as strong as I thought it was, or if it could break thus, wasn't it ever there? I wonder if you could explore this, maybe in this poem or in another separate one ...
