Hallo!
This one showed up on 'read and review'.

When I saw the title, I thought it would be about meditating - but it's that and much more. It talks about the difficulties experienced when trying to meditate - the distractions that get in the way of focusing. It goes beyond that to trying to understand whether one can truly love oneself without judging or taking others' opinions into account. Thought provoking indeed.

The free verse structure and words chosen work to convey your message. I'd suggest you pick two more genres, to give the poem more exposure on site.
