It is for another time when the poet again tells us the farthermost truth of our lives. That free verse poem intimates when we crave our glories.
That was not easy to reach the winning line. There were a lot of hurdles in the way. That did not bother us as we remained prepared and determined to touch that target. That firm determination makes everything possible. The narrator sets an example of how one can be a winner.
It is a superb poetic work. I hope your poem will entertain us in future, too.
