I love the sense of welcome and encouragement in this Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) Letter.

I loved the clean and attractive design of the page.

You made great use of white space to keep things easy for the reader.

I liked the whimsical floral divider.

I love the very many ways one can participate in the WDC Angel Army, especially the different ways to serve our community.

I didn't notice any spelling or grammatical mistakes (or mistakes of any kind) in your letter.



IDEAS TO MAKE YOUR PIECE STRONGER:
In the spirit of helpfulness, I have a two suggestions to make your piece stronger.

The first is not really about the writing but just that I went to look for the scoreboard mentioned in the letter and couldn't find it. If that's not still something that's done, or it's been moved, perhaps the letter could be updated.

This is related to the other suggestion, but maybe the letter could be reviewed every year or so and updated if needed? Just a thought. It looks fantastic and is super helpful.
