Wow! What a poem it is! The philosophy of the poet's life has been reflected here. The author saw life very closely and created that poetry.
The narrator considers himself a watcher. Your past deeds always remain with you. So, be careful and think twice before taking any decision. Otherwise, you will embrace the mourning.
