This chapter is another important part of the story. There is no doubt about it. Sylvia undoubtedly is the central character in this episode, too. But, the characters of Chuck and Joseph also play a mentionable supportive role.
The chapter teaches some lessons. One of them is a great doctor should know the use of advanced scientific technologies to diagnose the exact situation that Sylvia does.
A disease may start a little portion but may affect several organs of that body. It is a tragic stage but true.
Overall it is an interesting chapter. We are eagerly waiting for the incoming chapters.
