It is indeed a very important chapter. In this part of the story, the tag of Prophetess is firmly stamped before the name of Sylvia. That is the prime importance of the chapter.
Sylvia can do almost impossible work. She says that God does those works through her soul. So, every credit should go to him but not her.
The only enlightened character is none other than Sylvia. Other characters and incidents are used carefully to prove the divine power of Sylvia.
It is a compact writing effort. My humble is to create more chapters like this one to give us a sacred joy.
