The author always tries to create something new. This is one of them. It is a wonderful short story that enlightens us about the fear of being a breast cancer patient.
The narrator of the story is an aged lady. But, fear can not depend on age. That is a bitter truth.
The attitudes of the doctors and other relevant professionals are also very crucial. They can make a sufferer more nervous. This should not be done with a patient. Though they do it so often. The teller had that type of unwanted experience. So she had to fight hard to make her thoughts positive. That gives an awesome readability to that tale.
As a short story, it is also perfect.
The story has minimum characters, the narrator and a group of professionals who are dealing with breast cancer.
There are no sub-story. So, the pace of the story always remains smooth. Overall, it is a nice presentation for those who love to read a good story. It is a classic example. I hope that your creativity will entertain us in future, too.
