It is another very interesting chapter. In the first chapter, we saw that at night time, he went too deep with a torch. We could not understand why he took that type of tremendous risk. This second chapter carries the answer. That is the main purpose of this chapter.
Korga loves adventures. This is true. But he took enormous dangers to fulfil a certain objective. He meets Iratha there as she has the map of where Korga wants to go for the sake of adventure.
She gives the map to him then and there. Korga sees it with his full concentration and returns her to the spot. He keeps the map in his mind. Then comes back to his cave. Iratha requests him to take that map with him. But he does not do the same. Why? In reality, he does not want to take any kind of risk. It may be misplaced. Even, it can go into the hands of evil forces. So, being a wise person, he decides not to carry him. Then he returns cave.
Then he goes to Hoorg to get official permission. Hoorg does not provide it easily, but intelligent Korga manages him anyhow.
The final stages of preparation begin since then.
So we, the readers, are gradually entering into the main phase of the story.
Extremely, well done. I hope that this performance will be continued all through.
Go ahead.
