Hallo!

I saw your comment on the newsfeed and decided to visit your portfolio.

The title intrigued me and I clicked.

What I like:
The idea that one can choose to stay away from the hurly-burly if one 'others' it. This can be interpreted in myriad ways for different aspects of life. In a few well chosen words you've brought this out well.

Question: How is this particular to a bus-driver (as it says in your brief description)?

I'm guessing the line / word count was a challenge - I think you can achieve even more than you already have, by removing 'drawn', going straight to 'swallowed' - which leaves room for another concept.

Thanks for sharing this thought-provoking poem!
