Hallo!
I love this inspiring poem!

You speak of challenges as opportunities to grow and learn which is a great way of looking at it. I like the way you start with something seemingly 'everyday', like being busy, and build up to deeper thoughts about human existence.

Thanks also for giving the prompt at the conclusion of the poem, to help put it in context.

Suggestion - just one repeated word jarred me a bit - 'enjoy' appearing in two lines consecutively. You could look at changing one of those.
