Hallo!
This is a cute little poem comparing one's loved one to aspects of each season – and then the surprise, instead of comparison to an aspect of winter, the disappearing of winter!

I like how you've talked about the sense of smell and of sight, I wish you could have included sound and taste as well, to round it off.

Also, maybe you'd like to use some WritingML - font, size, colour, line-space - to enhance the impact of your words.
