A Review From The Iron Bank Of Braavos

Hi Webwitch, I am Megan, one of the sly foxes.

Title: One Busy Night In Chicago

First Impression: I live two and a half hours away from Chicago and it is a crazy city. I was drawn to this story and famous gangsters came from Chicago and hung around my area before I was born. They buried dead bodies six miles from my house. Okay. This is your story and Chicago can be interesting. A Detective. She walked into my office. All detective stories start like this and peaks a person's interest. I wanted to see how this detective was going to handle this and I was ready for a murder mystery. I decided to pursue this and give you my observations.

What needs your attention: The partners in crime left Vinnie's body. No honor among thieves. I read it twice because I thought they took Vinnie's body with them. I figured it out. They left him. Was Gloria Vinnie's girlfriend or a woman in the wrong place at the wrong time?

What part I liked best: This dame busted into my office pleading for help. I had done someone a solid. A Good concept. Different.

Overall Impression: Easy to follow and some good drama and suspense. Well rounded characters and good narration. This holds the reader's interest and didn't disappoint. The detective gets his man. I enjoyed reading this.
