It's great poetry by the poet. Here, he mixed his experiences, philosophy of life and political motivation nicely. It is no doubt a superior, refreshed and developed report that must show us the way to achieve goals as a team, not for personal success. So, this free-verse poetry inspires us to grow up socially but not individually which is the prime importance of fantastic poetry.
The style of writing is awesome.
