This review is a part of "Game of Thrones"  [13+]. *Smile*

Overall Impression:

This is a fun little story, dear SandraLynn. I can see why it won the Daily Flash Fiction contest.

Two elderly friends sit on the bus, trying to make sense of modern technology and communication. As someone who isn't keen on text speak I can relate! I know what it means and through being on social media I know quite a bit of slang, but I have no doubt that there will come a day when I feel as puzzled as Gertie and Myrtle.

I wonder who starts these trends anyway. There was 'on fleek', and now when something's good apparently it slaps... At least cool's still okay. I know where I'm at with cool. *Laugh*

Anyway, I enjoyed the read. Thank you for making me smile.

Suggestions:

I only have one suggestion, and that's to add line spaces between paragraphs. That makes the item more inviting - a block of text is less easy to read.

My Rating:

This is a fun flash fiction piece that is grounded in truth and makes me wonder what I will be like when I reach that age. I enjoyed the read.

I did have one suggestion, but it isn't anything to do with the actual content. Therefore, I will give this item a rating of 5 out of 5.
