Letter from the editor

Dear Readers,

Happy May to all of you!

If you've seen earlier issues of the Romance/Love Newsletter when I've been in charge of putting it together, you'll find this one to be a little bit different, as I'm setting out to give it an entirely new and, hopefully, more appealing look.

It's looking good to me, so I hope you like it at least as much as I do!

Now for new business...

May seems to contain a lot of special days--starting right from the first with one that's actually called May Day, soon to be followed by Mothers Day, and drawing towards its close with Memorial Day.

In Indiana, we add even more days that are related to the Indy 500 such as Carboration Day & Race Day.

However, learning about "Invalid Item"  has reminded me that there are even more special days in May (and all the rest of the months) than what normally goes on your average calendar!

When choosing which items to feature, I decided that I would choose a week's worth of them by using the various odd holidays corresponding with each day to help out with my finding them.

It seems to have worked pretty well.

Be sure to scroll all the way down to the interactive part of this newsletter when you finish reading the timely selections I've served up for you.

By the time that I put together another newsletter here, there should be a new person in our midst, and I've dedicated the interactive section to him this time!

I'll give you a clue by telling you that his first name begins with a J, and his mom and dad have a very special love story!
