Be the Best Writer You Can Be in 2014


If you're like me, your New Year's resolutions focus around writing and reading. Luckily for you, WDC is one of the most supportive places to focus on your writing goals! Here are some tips and resources that might help you stay on track!

*Badge* Enter contests like "The Writer's Cramp [13+], which give you daily inspiration in the form of prompts, to keep you writing!
*Badge* If your goal is to review more, consider joining groups like "WdC SuperPower Reviewers Group [E]
*Badge* Groups for novelists of all kinds can be found on the site. Check out "Invalid Item
*Badge* If your goal is to try writing in different genres than usual, try searching the contest listings for a challenging, genre-specific contest! I have included some such contests in my Editor's Picks. *Smile*

*Key2* To gain exposure for your work, try sending it into the appropriate Newsletter. All newsletters have a form at the bottom where you can submit your work.
