“The Best Horror/Scary Writer” had a great response!

There were 59 posts, with 22 authors nominated, and 20 stories entered by them.

Many thanks to zwisis and femmedragon for their fantastic response in judging this contest so quickly.

My thanks to {user:poetic bear} for offering to help. Illness in the family did not permit her to help in the judging, but the attempt was appreciated, none the less.

The readers chose the top author. So---Bill Wilcox, come on down! You were the most nominated and voted on author and are the reader’s choice for top Horror/Scary writer.

In choosing the top story, first the judges each chose their top five favorites. There were three stories on all three lists. The judges then agreed on placement.
