Letter from the editor

There are times throughout the year where I feel like I can do so much at once, run all sorts of activities, help out others judge. And then there are times where I feel overwhelmed with the things I decided to pursue, to run, to participate in. Sometimes stepping back, reconsidering what your priorities are is a much needed solution.

I've often been the person who'd rather run activities than participate in them. The entertainment I'd bring to others brought me joy and still does but life doesn't always agree with the fun we want to have, does it? So, we have to look at things we like to do and the things we need to do in order to find our own balance. No one else can do it for us.

If you're anything like me and shy away from participating, but rather enjoy creating yet can't, think before you act. Don't agree to do something you can't. Don't offer help when you know you might not be able to do it. Still, we cannot always predict the future and what our daily schedule will be like a month down the road but we can do our best. However, if you decided to help or create something to run, then do it. Don't drag it out with excuses. It won't do you any favors down the road. *Wink*
