When I read in the Newspaper,in jail that my best friend hung himself at the D-home.
Where did it go?
The love,the life,the soul?
The things we can't explain
It sucked our life,
and now we're drained.
Only to be, to be something more
To stop the darkness
From creeping in this gaping sore.
This death, this dust,
It makes it hard to breathe.
THe blood dripped from your veins,
In my heart,
is where it seeped.
THe pain the hurt,
I can't make it go away
I can smile though,
Like the dead that just decays
So what more do you want?
I'll never see you now
When will we meet again?
I don't know when, or why, or how.
