Misfortune's own flesh and blood...
Misfortune's own flesh and blood,
Where my soul is locked,
Where the key was lost,
Where your hand I seek the most

Running away from everything,
Wearing borrowed smiles,
Trying to reach the exit door
Where hope lays on the floor

Exit door shuts closed,
Theres no turning back,
With crimson tears my hands are covered,
Under a raining cloud I stand

Holding a discolored heart,
It claims to be mine,
I don't want it back with me,
I give it away to anyone but thee

Trying to follow the torchlight of your eyes,
Trying to fly with broken wings,
Trying to breath while being hanged by fate,
Holding onto a barbed wire, theres no hand to take

Laying a flower on my own grave
Remembering all of what they forgot
Turning myself insane
Unwrapping a present a memory once brought

Misfortune's taking power of my last breath
Regret running through my veins
A sole conspiration against myself
Blinding my eyes under the color of rain

Drinking a cup of tea with Misses Misfortune
Holding hands with death himself
Closing eyes infront an upcoming end
Misfortune's daughter labeled under my grave
