Short Poem, but one I enjoyed writing
The Harbinger of Woe

The Harbinger of Woe
Swiftly he rides,
On the heels of disaster
In the footsteps of strife
The forerunner of sorrow
Fourth Horseman he is named
Fourth Blight upon the Earth
Most feared of the Quartet
Measurer of Fate
Tenth Plague upon Egypt
His duty is eternal
His vigil never ceases
To some he is a blessing
To others, a curse
But he comes for everyone
All must feel his cold caress
All must face his icy embrace
All must come to know him,
The Harbinger of Woe
