Never be afraid to open up to the one you love...
She could have told him, that very day,
but she choked on her words, and ran away.

Always concealing, what she felt inside.
Never revealing, the reason she cried.

Every time she saw him, she fell into a trance.
And because of that, she lost her every chance.

Afraid of rejection, and fearing the worst,
she never could say it, without freezing up first.

She just couldn't tell him, that he had her heart,
and that she loved him so deeply, that it tore her apart.

And then the day came, when her chances elapsed.
For he layed in his coffin, after his body collapsed.

She fell apart. A wreck in her mind.
Her life became dormant. Her soul became blind.

She screamed for so long, and shed tears on his grave.
She couldn't move on from the love her heart craved.

She couldn't stand it. And she endlessly cried.
She had to end it, so she turned to suicide.

Then one day his journal was found in his room.
But when it was opened and read, it only brought more gloom.

For it spoke of his love for her, that he had always hidden.
Revealing his heart, was strictly forbidden.

For he was afraid of rejection, and he feared the worst.
And so he never could tell her, without freezing up first.

And he assumed she didn't love him, and he lost his love for life.
For him, the only way out, was to end it all with a knife.

Their hidden love for eachother, sent both of them their death.
And they carried their secret to their very last breath.

They had so many chances to say it, but they threw them away.
When they could have just said it that very day.
