A beautiful Summer day.
Prairie grass tickled
the banks of the stream
as dry golden sun
washed you with light
dancing toe deep
in the trickles of water
to the cascade of rhythms
pronounced by
Jerry Garcia laying lyric
to a lilting melody
and a piece of my heart
melted sweetly away.
