This is a poem I had to write for a class. Got it from looking at a picture
Mind Maze

In the land of fairy queens each day
water flows from fountains far below
misty pools that go and flow, not slow:
many wild and unseen fears do pray.

Rainbow paths turn here, turn there, all ways:
little flowers bloom and die too soon,
they no longer sing their happy tune
in this dreamy haze- I feel the maze.

In this world some dragons lurk and hide-
in their tunnels dark, I move around
without breath to hear- no wait! A sound!
It was just, I fear, my foolish pride.

On the roots of trees my feet did trip
as I move in haze and maze to find
all the lost-ness lost, with help unbind…
in the path of light I do not slip.

It is clear, I feel,…I fear,…to me,
that my dreams do oft’ show me the thrill
of a look inside my mind,…but still
no one knows what they one day might see.
