this is about my life that many people don't know.
inspiried by the line "once peering beyond the glazy surface" by Steve Kronens a brief monologue of the mirror- on my forty fifth birthday.

Once peering beyond the glazy surface
she blossoms with the comming of the sun.
She used to shelter herself from others opinions
in time she excluded herself from everyone.
She thrived to be one of the trolls lurking in the darkness,
painting their faces red in their hot movement.
Whispered remarks were leaches upon her heart,

but the remarks have faded and her timidity has passed.
She has become the leader of a masquerade ball
allowing her skin to absorb its impulses
arms and legs glisten in the ever passing light.
The mask fled its home upon her face.
Now she dresses her self in ecstasy.
