This poem is about the ignorence and selfishness that many people posess.

Selfishness
Passing by they cannot see
The many wounds that life leaves,
While it cuts into the bone
They wander blindly,
Selfish eyes refuse to look
Upon the scars, while waiting
For their own blood to dry,
Kindness is abating
